Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum Order Value

First time customers of NEAT! artist studio LLC, have a minimum order value of $200. Payment must be made in advance. Returning customers, have a minimum order of $100. Once $3,000 of order have been placed the buyer will be automatically placed on 30 day net. A 5% late fee will be charged in the event of late payment. A new invoice will be sent with the updated amount within a 24 hours of late payment.

○                 You must be an approved user to place wholesale orders online. If you are not approved, contact us at neatartiststudio@gmail.com. You will be given a password/ coupon code to receive wholesale pricing.

○                  Please have an order form or the web site available when calling so that you can reference item numbers.

●      Email your order to neatartiststudio@gmail.com. We can provide an order form to you via email.

3. MSRP

Products purchased from NEAT! artist studio LLC shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 25% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 25% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to neatartiststudio@gmail.com and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis or for order close outs.

4. Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Trade clients (interior designers, architects etc.) will receive 20% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. We cover the cost of postal insurance for any shipments through USPS.

5. Changes to orders

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to neatartiststudio@gmail.com within 48 hours from the time the order was placed.

6. Returns

Requests must be made in writing directly to www.neatartiststudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery date, quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without the approval of NEAT! artiststudio LLC.Delivery instructions for transport will be determined upon request. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

In the event that items are damaged or defective, please contact NEAT! artist studio LLC at neatartiststudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. No merchandise will be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer.

7. Nature of handmade products

All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly. This variation is not subject for returns.

8. Payments

NEAT! artist studio LLC accepts checks, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and Paypal.

Credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.

Checks returned due to insufficient funds will be charged for reimbursement for bank fees and other incurred costs as well as a 5% late fee. No checks will be accepted for Net 30.

9. Shipping

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders freight will be charged on each invoice at a rate of 2% per invoice total, a minimum charge of $8.00 will apply. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. The buyers preferred carrier may be used if the buyer agrees to assume any additional transportation charges.

10. Delivery Window

Please allow at least 2-4 weeks from the submission of your order for completion of items. During trade shows, delivery estimates will be given at the time of order depending on order volume.
